Return / Exchange Policy
If the rubbish chute is found with any defects, please inform our customer support team via WhatsApp at +65 8241 0032 within 3 days after installation is done. If product is found with any manufacturing defect prior to installation, we will be offering a one-to-one exchange for our customers. Our installation team will carefully inspect the rubbish chute before the installation process.
A 30-day workmanship warranty is provided to every customer that has engaged and used our rubbish chute services. If any issues develop during this warranty period, the customer must immediately contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +65 8241 0032.
In the case of an unfinished and/or unfulfilled job, we take the full responsibility and refund the service cost. Note that this will only be possible if it is reported during the warranty period.

Note: The rescheduling will be planned based on our time slot availability. If we are not available on your preferred date, we will have to set another date for the service to be done.
